Use Positive Affirmations to Overcome Fear

Positive Affirmations can help you eliminate the control some fears have over you. These powerful self-validating statements can get you through many uneasy times. 

Nevertheless, you should keep in mind that fear isn’t always a bad thing.  It can actually play an important role in your life.  For example, it can instantly get your heart pumping faster...giving you the adrenaline rush you need to get away from a threatening situation.

Unfortunately, fear also comes at times when you're in no danger at all. That’s when it becomes destructive. Then it can hinder your daily lifestyle causing you to act in ways that you wish you didn't.
